All users are expected to provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Registering for consultations or services.  

Submitting reviews or feedback.  Communicating with our team or representatives.  

Misrepresentation or falsification of identity, qualifications, or intentions is strictly prohibited.

Cure & Travel values and protects its trade secrets, know-how, and proprietary content. This includes all information regarding the company’s operational, administrative, and economic processes, as well as any material shared with users or partners. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or disclosing any proprietary content, materials, or trade secrets without prior written consent from Cure & Travel.  

Breach of this clause may result in legal action, including but not limited to a claim for damages of up to £15,000 and further judicial, administrative, or criminal proceedings.  

Additionally:  Unauthorized copying or imitation of our website content, design, or business model is strictly prohibited.  Any individual or entity found misusing confidential information may face cease-and-desist notices, legal action for damages, and reporting to relevant authorities.  

  

  1. Prohibited Conduct 

The following behaviours are strictly forbidden:  Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or databases.  Using false or misleading information to obtain sensitive or proprietary data.  Selling, trading, or otherwise exploiting any content or information obtained from Cure & Travel for personal or commercial gain without explicit permission. Engaging in activities that compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of Cure & Travel.

At Cure & Travel, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all users, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, religion, or background. We expect all users to interact with others in a manner that reflects kindness, empathy, and respect.  Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour—whether based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, or any other characteristic—will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to our platform. We encourage open-mindedness, respect for differing views, and support for everyone’s right to feel safe and valued within our community.  

 

  1. Termination of Access 

Cure & Travel reserves the right to terminate access to its website, services, or contractual relationships with any party found in breach of this Code of Conduct. Termination may be enacted unilaterally and without liability on the part of Cure & Travel.  

 

  1. Legal Rights and Remedies 

In cases of breach of this Code of Conduct, Cure & Travel reserves the right to: File lawsuits for compensation of damages, including but not limited to claims of up to £15,000.  Report violations to relevant judicial, administrative, or criminal authorities.  

Pursue all available remedies to protect its interests and enforce this Code of Conduct.  

 

  1. Updates to the Code of Conduct 

Cure & Travel reserves the right to amend or update this Code of Conduct at any time to reflect changes in regulations, business practices, or technological advancements. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Cure & Travel collects and processes data in compliance with GDPR and PECR. Users’ data will be:  Collected only for legitimate purposes, such as service provision and performance analysis.  Stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.
